Bill Upton is vice president of operations for Edwards Brothers Malloy, which is one of the leading book printers in the U.S. and one of BK's two principal book printers. Bill is a past president of the Book Manufacturers' Institute. After earning an MBA degree, Bill began working full time at Malloy in 1981 and served as a customer service representative, sales representative, customer service manager, and vice president of manufacturing before becoming president in 1998. Bill moved into his current role in early 2012, when Malloy merged with Edwards Brothers.
