Karl Ronn in The Economist

Karl Ronn is the former general manager of new business and vice president for research and development at Procter & Gamble. During his 30 years at P&G, he helped launch Swiffer, Febreze, Magic Eraser, Mr. Clean and other category-creating products. Today, as managing director of Innovation Portfolio Partners, Mr Ronn helps entrepreneurs start companies, and he advises a range of large companies in creating products. He is also the co-author, with futurist Bob Johansen, of The Reciprocity Advantage (Berret-Koehler Publishers, 2014). He spoke with Look ahead about what’s next in the field of innovation and why reciprocity is the key to future growth.
